Chantal Wörner assumes no liability, in particular for actions or fault of third parties, through which data is changed, deleted or otherwise damaged. Chantal Wörner is not liable for technical service disruptions caused by a provider or telecommunications provider. The customer cannot derive any claim for damages from system failures, unless the failure was caused by Chantal Wörner grossly negligently or intentionally.

Under the Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) you have the right to obtain information about your stored data (article 8 DSG), and a right to rectification (article 5, paragraph 2 of DSG). In addition, you may request that your information be deleted, as far as these are no longer required for contract execution and request the blocking of your data.
